Bacon Corn Chowder
Ingredients:
- 1 cans of corn
- 1 cans of creamed corn
- 1 cans of evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large carrots, chopped
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 3 large potatoes, chopped
- 2 TBSP butter
- About 6 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Place everything except for the evaporated milk and butter into the crockpot.
- Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Stir in the milk and butter and allow it to heat through.
